Bain Capital Private Equity has invested in EnterpriseDB, the owner of the Postgres platform.

J.P. Morgan is serving as financial advisor, and Sidley Austin LLP as legal advisor to EDB and Great Hill Partners. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as financial advisor, and Ropes & Gray LLP as legal advisor to Bain Capital Private Equity.
