Bain Capital has invested $250 million in Cuisine Solutions, a sous vide foods provider, to accelerate its growth and global expansion.
The investment will establish Cuisine Solutions’ presence in the sous vide category and support product innovation.
“We are excited to partner with Cuisine Solutions and support the management team’s growth plans while further enhancing the value proposition as the preferred culinary innovation partner to blue-chip restaurant, retail, travel, and hospitality brands,” said Jeffrey Chung, a director at Bain Capital.
