Aztiq Pharma Partners, a private equity company, and Innobic have acquired Alvogen Emerging Market Holdings.
The consortium becomes the leading shareholder in Lotus Pharmaceuticals, and owner of Alvogen Malta Holding, a shareholder of pharmaceutical company Adalvo.
