Authority Brands, a family of home service brands headquartered in Columbia, Md., has acquired Drymedic Restoration Services, a restoration company focused on water damage restoration, fire damage repair and mold removal.
Founded by Carlos Hesano and Benjamin Gergis in 2014, Drymedic works to help families and businesses rebuild post-disaster. The company serves the Detroit, Mich. region with over 40 trucks, providing a range of disaster restoration services to assist companies from cleanup to recovery with fire, flood, storm, mold and asbestos disasters.
“Now that we are joining forces with the Authority Brands network, our company will have the right resources and support to continue serving our clients while expanding our reach and ability to help more people,” says Hesano.
Greenwich Capital Group represented DRYmedic and acted as the company’s financial advisor for the transaction.
