Augeo, an enterprise engagement platform technology company, has acquired Brand Networks, a social media marketing company.

Brand Networks provides enterprises with AI-powered tools to help with advertising investment and media buying, software services to drive employee advocacy and clean room collaboration technology for first-party data and audiences across social media platforms. The deal looks to improve Augeo’s engagement services suite and data collaboration initiative. Valor Siren Ventures participated in the transaction alongside Augeo.
