Audax Strategic Capital, a provider of mid-hold capital services for private equity sponsors, has added Brian Doherty as a vice president and Grant Chryssicas as an associate, both based in New York.
Doherty was previously a vice president with DWS Private Equity where he helped to source, construct and monitor the firm’s secondaries investment portfolio. Before DWS, Doherty was an investment banker at Jefferies, where he worked in the firm’s specialty finance and market structure and technology verticals.
Chryssicas was previously a technology and growth equity investment banker at AGC Partners.
