Audax Private Equity has purchased Thermogenics, a boiler service & maintenance provider, from Ironbridge Equity Partners.
Thermogenics represents the first investment by Audax’s Origins Fund I.
Thermogenics designs and manufactures energy-efficient boilers with proprietary coil-tube technology.
