Audax Private Equity has completed its 1,000th add-on acquisition across more than 140 platform investments in six industries: business services, consumer, healthcare, industrial services & technology, software & technology, and financial services.
Audax was established over two decades ago with a goal of creating a purpose-built organization with trusted relationships. Audax Private Equity focuses on its “Buy & Build” strategy, which it has utilized over the course of its six flagship private equity funds. According to the firm, it averages seven add-on investments per each platform investment.
