Emplifi, a customer experience software company backed by Audax Group, has purchased Pixlee Turnto, a U.S.-based provider of user-generated content, ratings and reviews and influencer marketing services.
Headquartered in San Francisco, Pixlee Turnto’s services aim to give brands the tools they need to use customer stories to drive sales and build community cost-effectively and at scale. With this deal, Emplifi looks to incorporate Pixlee TurnTo’s capabilities across its social marketing, social commerce and customer care workflows as part of its customer experience cloud service.
