Disa Global Solutions Inc., a provider of employee testing, screening, compliance management and workplace health and safety services and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has bought Global HR Research.
Global HR is an employee screening and compliance management services company. The deal looks to help drive the organic growth of Disa and expand its national footprint. It also expands the company’s customer base within healthcare and other end markets. The acquisition marks Disa’s second add-on since Audax’s investment.
