Colony Hardware Corp., a direct-to-job site distributor of construction materials and job site supplies and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has purchased New South Construction Supply LLC, a South Carolina-based distributor of rebar, concrete, masonry, waterproofing products and contractor supplies.
With locations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, New South was founded in 1981 and offers construction supplies and building materials for commercial, residential, industrial, waterproofing, restoration and road-and-bridge contractors.
