Beacon Mobility, a mobility services provider and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has purchased Midwest Paratransit Services.
Midwest Paratransit Services offers paratransit services in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn. The company was founded in 1995. Beacon Mobility has invested in Midwest Paratransit to drive the organic growth of the company as well as its existing operations. The addition of Midwest Paratransit also expands Beacon’s existing paratransit presence in Minnesota.
