Atlantic Street Capital-backed All Star Auto Lights, a specialty distributor of alternative automotive parts, has acquired Blackburn OEM Wheel Solutions, a supplier of new and refurbished OEM steel and alloy wheels for the automotive aftermarket.
Blackburn provides OEM wheels, wheel covers, and center caps in brand new, refinished, and used conditions. The deal represents All Star’s third acquisition in the aftermarket OEM wheel market since 2021. Blackburn will expand All star’s offerings beyond the auto lights business.
