Asymchem Laboratories Co. Ltd., a CDMO serving the global pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has acquired Snapdragon Chemistry Inc., a chemical technology company, for $57.94 million.
Snapdragon provides expertise in continuous manufacturing and early-stage chemical process development services for the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. The deal is intended to expand Asymchem’s footprint across the United States. Going forward, Snapdragon will operate as an independent division of Asymchem and will continue its lab and manufacturing facility expansion.
