Assessio Group, a portfolio company of software investor Main Capital Partners, has acquired Danish e-assessment company, People Test Systems.
Assessio is an e-assessment company with a platform service that assists HR to work inclusively with recruitment and development of leaders and teams. The firm produces psychological tests used around the globe.
The deal strengthens Assessio’s zero talent waste philosophy which focuses on allowing organizations to recruit through the use of data and psychology. The purchase will create a combined company of 130 employees, 1,500 customers and a turnover of over 23 million euro.
