Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Ill., has bought Chicago-based ROC Group, an employee communication agency.
The agency is focused on human resources and enterprise change services for clients across the U.S. Jan Burnham and her team will join Gallagher’s employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations under the direction of Ben Reynolds, global managing director, employee experience and communication practice.
