Lumanity, a provider of value demonstration and commercialization services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies and a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Clarion Healthcare, a Boston-based life science consultancy focused on commercialization and product lifecycle challenges, from Svoboda Capital Partners.

Clarion partners with clients to provide consultancy services for strategic challenges at the asset, portfolio and enterprise levels. The addition of Clarion looks to strengthen Lumanity’s global consulting practice, expanding it within the U.S. and complementing Lumanity’s existing footprint in both the U.S. and Europe.

“Clarion’s impressive team, specialized capabilities, and strong client relationships, significantly strengthen our ability to support the commercialization of our clients’ assets, ensuring patients get access to the right treatments,” comments Jon Williams, CEO of Lumanity.

SVB Securities served as a financial advisor to Lumanity in the transaction.
