Millstone Medical Outsourcing, a provider of post-manufacturing and aftermarket services, has purchased MycoScience, a medical device and pharmaceutical laboratory testing, environmental testing and regulatory support services company.
Headquartered in Willington, Conn., MycoScience is a contract manufacturing organization that operates out of an FDA-registered facility. The addition of MycoScience to Millstone aims to bring laboratory and environmental testing services with industry and regulatory experience to Millstone’s capabilities. Millstone looks to offer these services in-house, with improved controls around product testing.
