Forged Solutions Group Inc., a provider of forged rings and closed-die products to aerospace and defense customers and a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Steel Industries, a manufacturer of open-die forgings and rolled rings.
Steel Industries, headquartered in Redford, Mich., serves the aerospace and defense, space and industrial markets. The company offers forging and heat treating to machining and finishing services. Steel Industries, now an FSG company, will continue to be led locally by Frank Witte and the existing management team.
