Arizona Natural Resources, a full-service contract manufacturer and distributor of hair care, skincare, and cosmetics and portfolio company of Core Industrial Partners, has acquired Contract Filling Inc., a contract manufacturer in the fragrances and cosmetics markets.
CFI brings four decades of experience as a contract manufacturer in the fragrances and deodorant market to ANR. The deal solidifies the firm as a large North American manufacturer of personal care and beauty products. The combined firm offers over 800,000 square feet of production space and 70 filling lines across four manufacturing facilities.
