Arctrust Properties Inc., a sponsor of non-traded real estate alternative investment offerings, has appointed Chris Wadelin as a managing director of equity markets.
Going forward, Wadelin will lead the firm’s direct investment product distribution for a suite of preferred equity, Delaware Statutory Trusts, and real estate investment fund offerings within retail, residential, industrial, medical, and self-storage sectors. Wadelin joins the firm with experience across product development, market strategy, and distribution throughout all advisory channels.
