Qnnect, a producer of engineered electronic interconnect services for applications of original equipment manufacturers and a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has purchased Hermetic Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors.
HSG designs and manufactures engineered, electronic services to protect, preserve and facilitate electronic signal generation and transmission. With this deal, Qnnect adds HSG’s seven brands: Cristek Interconnects, FilConn, Hi-Rel Group, Litron, PA&E, Sinclair and Zet-Tek Manufacturing.
