ArcLight Capital Partners LLC, a middle-market infrastructure firm, has hired Yokasta Segura-Baez as a managing director of investor relations.
Segura-Baez brings almost two decades of private equity fundraising and investor relations experience. She was recently with Capital Dynamics, where she was responsible for strategic investor and consultant relationship management and capital raising in North America. Previously, she held senior positions with Campbell Lutyens, Pantheon and Ardian. Segura-Baez has been involved in promoting both diversity and environmental, social and governance initiatives and plans to continue this focus at ArcLight.
