The private equity platform of Onex, Oncap, has sold designer and marketer of kitchen tools and gadgets, Bradshaw Home, to Arbor Investments. This marks the first investment following Arbor’s $1.5 billion Fund V raised in 2020. Oncap is an investor in medium sized businesses in North America.

“Clearly we have a love affair with this company and jumped at the chance to buy it back,” said Gregory Purcell, Arbor chair.

As of June 2021, Onex has around $46 billion in assets.

Kirkland & Ellis served as Arbor’s legal counsel. Torys LLP served as legal counsel and Baird and Harris Williams served as financial advisors to Bradshaw.
