Ara Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonization investments, has made a strategic equity investment in CF Pathways, a provider of services and sustainable energy supply.
CF Pathways serves approximately 5,000 customers across Europe and the U.K., aiming to help clients with their energy transitions. According to the companies, demand for CF Pathway’s services is growing as a result of corporates working to manage and mitigate their exposure to energy prices in the current market. The investment by Ara looks to support CF Pathways’ strategic investment initiatives, including the development of software and data capabilities to expand the company’s growth and value of its energy transition product offering.
