Apollo Global Management has expanded its credit business with the addition of partner Earl Hunt, managing director Jasen Yang, and managing director Subbu Alagappan, according to exclusive reporting by PrivateEquityCareer.com.

Hunt joins the firm as a partner in the credit group. He also serves as the chief executive officer of Apollo Debt Solutions and co-head of credit secondaries. Hunt previously served as a partner in the global markets division of Goldman Sachs, and in a previous role acted as co-head of U.S. distressed and loan sales.

Yang joins the New York City-based firm as a managing director in its structured credit group. His responsibilities include originating and managing new and existing structured credit investments. Yang previously served as a managing director and head of U.S. credit structuring at Paris-based international bank BNP Paribas.

Alagappan joins the firm as a managing director on the PK AirFinance Team, where he will originate deals in the Americas. He brings almost two decades of experience in aviation finance to the firm, and previously served as a managing director in the Aviation Finance Team at Tokyo-based megabank MUFG Bank.
