Planetcast Media Services, a broadcast technology and media services provider in India and southeast Asia and backed by Apollo Global Management, has acquired Desynova, a cloud-based content life cycle platform.
Contido, offered by Desynova, is a cloud-based content supply chain orchestration service focused on media production. It is a media asset management system designed to handle video processing and publishing across multiple platforms. Desynova’s services look to strengthen and expand Desynova’s cloud-based content management capabilities for the global marketplace.
