ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, has acquired PackageRoute, an app used by independent service providers and their drivers to run their pickup and delivery operations in the last mile.
PackageRoute was founded in 2017 by Pankaj Nauriyal with the goal of assisting service providers in streamlining their operations. PackageRoute technology integrates with pickup and delivery data.
This deal marks ASG’s 40th acquisition to date. PackageRoute is the fourth acquisition within the ASG Logistics Technology vertical, following e-Courier, acquired in 2018, Record360, also acquired in 2018, and Trucker Tools, acquired earlier this year.
