Apex Group Ltd., a global financial services provider, has purchased Mainstream Group Holdings Limited. Going forward Mainstream will operate under the Apex Group, strengthening the group’s global presence.
Apex will now operate from 50 offices worldwide with 5000 employees servicing $1.4 trillion in assets. The combined entity will continue to provide fun administration and services to 1400 funds and nearly 200,000 investors. In addition, this is the latest in a series of acquisitions for Apex; the company now will service $2.2 trillion in assets.
