Lexitas, a provider of litigation services and a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has purchased Enright Court Reporting.
Enright Court Reporting was established in 1991 by Colleen West. Based in Long Island, N.Y., this acquisition looks to strengthen Lexitas’ presence in the northeastern market.
“The addition of Enright Court Reporting will expand the depth and quality of our offerings in the greater New York market, as well as further enhance our operations team in the region,” comments Nicole Arango, president, court reporting divison at Lexitas.
