EcoOnline, a European environment, health and safety software-as-a-service company and a portfolio company of Apax Partners, has acquired the software division of U.K.-headquartered Alcumus, a global risk management services provider.
Alcumus’s software division offers services that help organizations manage and audit EHS risk across a range of sectors including retail, construction and manufacturing. The deal creates a global EHSQ technology company with over 850 team members, supporting 10,000 customers with its software services.
