Angeles Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity investment firm, has added Rodger Yuan to its Angeles Operations Group LLC as vice president of operations.
In his new role as vice president in Angeles’ affiliated operations group, Yuan will support the due diligence process, build and execute value creation plans and aim to drive the Angeles portfolio companies. Yuan was most recently in the advanced industries practice at McKinsey & Co., where he led engagements focused on growth strategy and operations for industrial companies.
“He has a real passion for the industrial sector and demonstrable experience engaging with management teams on both strategy and performance improvement during his tenure at McKinsey & Company,” says Tim Meyer, co-founder and managing partner of Angeles Equity Partners. “We are thrilled to add Rodger to our team and are confident he will contribute to our continued success.”
