American Pacific Group, a San Francisco Bay Area-based private equity firm, has made an investment in Media One Digital Imaging LLC, a distributor of digital printing services.
Media One, based in Garden Grove, Calif., is an integrator of digital printers, consumables and workflow services. Media One serves print shops across North America. The company was founded in 2001 by Jason Bartusick.
“APG will bring key resources to help us scale our geographic reach, expand our product offering, and lead our customers to new frontier markets,” comments Bartusick.
Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as financial advisor to Media One.
