AMCS, a global supplier of integrated software and vehicle technology for the waste, recycling and resource industries, has bought Dossier Systems.
Dossier Systems is a provider of intuitive fleet maintenance management software services for the surface transportation industry. The firm uses real-time data to increase hidden productivity and cost savings through customizable reports. The firm helps its customers reduce downtime and maintenance costs, extend equipment shelf life and reduce fuel and tire costs.
Dossier’s team of 50 professionals and its 750 customers will join AMCS, which already serves over 3,000 customers across 22 countries.
