Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, has acquired International Protective Service Agency, a security and event services firm, as well as CQB Beveiliging and Kronjyllands Vagtservice, two European patrol and response services firms.
These transactions represent Allied’s strategic growth in North America, the Netherlands and Denmark.
