Alcrete Industries LLC, a provider of precast concrete products, has acquired Cape Fear Precast LLC.
Based in Jacksonville, N.C., Cape Fear Precast has served the North Carolina and northern South Carolina markets since 2000. This move, which includes Cape Fear’s National Precast Concrete Association-certified plant and its 20-acre manufacturing site, works to allow Alcrete to expand its reach and serve a larger geography. According to Alcrete, the deal includes all of Cape Fear Precast’s production facilities, equipment and workforce.
“This acquisition will allow us to better serve our customers with an expanded product portfolio,” says Justin Norman, chief executive officer, Alcrete Industries. “Additionally, the expansion into the North Carolina market is a key strategic growth initiative for Alcrete Industries.”
