CES Power, a provider of mobile power generation, distribution and temperature control equipment and backed by Allied Industrial Partners, has bought Global Power Systems, a power generation and temperature control services company.
Founded in 2008, Global Power Systems serves the film and television industry in Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina. The deal marks CES Power’s fourth acquisition. GPS founders Charley Burnham and Brian Kay will continue in their respective capacities with CES Power.
“GPS will further strengthen our presence in the southeast and solidify our position as the preferred national provider in the studio power and HVAC space,” states Greg Landa, CEO of CES Power.
