Data and analytics company NuWave Solutions, backed AE Industrial Partners, has acquired BigBear. The deal is NuWave’s first since it was purchased by AEI earlier in 2020.
BigBear provides big data computing and analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning to the U.S. defense and intelligence communities.
“Predictive technologies and data analytics are critical in helping government organizations reduce risk and identify opportunities,” says AEI partner Kirk Konert. “We believe NuWave is well positioned to take advantage of these growing demands.”
