Encora, a global product engineering provider and a portfolio company of Advent International, has purchased Excellarate, a global technology services company, from Frontenac.
Excellarate is a partner of over 250 clients including Change Healthcare, Ad Giants, Alchemy Systems and Centric Software to drive innovation. The deal looks to improve Encora’s capabilities in AI, analytics and automation and aims to deepen Encora’s industry experience in healthcare technology, financial technology and insurance technology. With Excellarate’s over 1,300 engineers, Encora expands its talent pool to over 9,000 engineers.
