Advania, a Nordic technology services provider and portfolio company of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has acquired Content+Cloud. C+C is a portfolio company of ECI Partners and was advised on the sale by Arma Partners.
Content+Cloud is a Microsoft cloud services and digital transformation partner based out of the UK. The firm’s leadership team led by CEO, Peter Sweetbaum, will continue to lead the business under the C+C brand and is expected to expand Advania’s reach and services in the UK.
The deal shows the depth and experience of Arma as a financial advisor to public cloud and digital transformation companies in addition to its experience and capabilities in the Microsoft cloud sector.
