Admitad has acquired Tapfiliate, the Dutch subscription-based SaaS platform where advertisers can manage their affiliate programs themselves. Details of the deal were not disclosed, but Tapfiliate will retain its brand and leadership.

Alexander Bachmann, Amitad CEO and founder, said, “By purchasing Tapfiliate, Admitad aims to increase its micro B2B penetration, as well as acquire another 1,500 active clients for our core business, the affiliate network.  In addition, through such collaborations, access to affiliate marketing becomes more available and open. We are happy to welcome Thomas and his team to Admitad and look forward to our successful cooperation.”

Thomas van der Kleij, CEO of Tapfiliate, added, “I think this acquisition is going to be great, both for Tapfiliate users and for Admitad. By gaining access to new publishers, we will be able to increase the value of our clients in the long term, in addition to Admitad’s follow-up which opens new doors for businesses and gives us an advantage in the US market and other countries where Admitad is present. We are also counting on Admitad’s marketing resources to give Tapfiliate a powerful boost.”
