Adm Group, a sustainable marketing execution partner, has acquired Lapine, a consumer engagement agency, along with Effectus, a business consulting firm.

The acquisition will allow both companies to utilize Adm’s global network for their American client base. The acquisitions are part of Adm Group’s strategic growth plan to upscale its supply chain capability and expand its client offerings. Lapine and Effectus are expected to have a combined revenue of over $130 million in 2022.
