Adlib Software, a document rendering firm backed by Diversis Capital, has appointed Helen Rosen as chief executive officer. Adlib has also appointed Tiffany Chen as chief financial officer and Shawn Bai as chief technology officer.
Helen joined Adlib following her role as chief strategy officer with Kipu Health. As CEO, Helen will help clients adopt an agile mindset through intelligent data.
Tiffany Chen has over 25 years of accounting experience with private equity-backed software companies, including ten years with Goldman Sachs and five years with AxiomSL. Shawn Bai is a technology executive who recently served as CTO of Suvoda for three years. Tiffany and Shawn will help in delivering an outstanding customer experience
