Novatech, a managed office provider and a portfolio company of Trivest Partners, has acquired ACT Business Machines, a Tennessee-based business technology provider.
ACT Business Machines focuses on managed print, copiers and printers, IT services and cloud technologies. Founded by Leon Davis in 1962, the company delivers business technology products and services to the Chattanooga-area business community.
