Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired Future State, a change management consulting firm headquartered in Oakland, California.

Future State, a woman-owned and led business, helps life sciences and technology companies with planning, communication and coaching. Future State complements Accenture’s most recent Talent & Organization/Human Potential acquisition that aims to expand client offerings and create new ways to deliver value with a deep understanding of client needs and market challenges.
