Accenture, a global professional services company, acquired Barcelona, Spain-based Alfa Consulting, an agency for capital-intensive industries. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Alfa Consulting is a global company that consults on operational models for industries including tech, utilities, energy, and industrial goods. The acquisition will enable Accenture to expand its supply chain capabilities globally and make them more sustainable.
