Accelalpha has completed its acquisition of LogistiChange to expand its Oracle cloud applications services to South America.
The deal is a major step in the company’s goal of expanding its capability to deliver comprehensive Oracle cloud services to customers around the globe. LogisiChange operates across South America providing expertise and experience in logistics and warehouse management.
The two firms complement and strengthen Accelalpha’s enterprise transformation capabilities in support of Oracle cloud customers. The combined firm will deliver integrated services including Oracle ERP, ERM, WMS, OTM and GTM.
