3Step Sports, a youth sports club and event operator, has acquired First Scout Productions, a video production company.
First Scout produces game film and individual highlight videos and covers over 70 events a year across the country. The firm has 12 full-time employees with a network of over 600 freelancers.
“The entrepreneurial spirit, hard work and grit that Jon and Ben Chastney have exhibited to build their business is similar to what we’ve done at 3STEP,” said David Geaslen, 3Step founder. “We’ve worked with them for years and know how good and reliable they are. We look forward to helping them grow and continuing to provide top-notch video at all our events.”
