3Phase Elevator, an independent elevator and escalator services provider, has entered into a merge agreement with Headrick Elevator. The deal enables 3Phase to grow into the state of Pennsylvania.

Headrick is a family owned and operated firm that focuses on providing its customers with high levels of service. Its fourth generation owners will remain in place at the firm and continue serving its customers.

“We are excited to join the 3Phase family of independent elevator service providers to serve customers in the Pittsburgh area,” said Susan Headrick, owner and operator of Headrick Elevator. “The 3Phase team shares Headrick’s commitment to customers and quality service, and this partnership will enhance our business with investments in technology and processes.”

“Susan and Steven Headrick have a terrific reputation in the Pittsburgh market,” added Bob Hadfield Jr., Pittsburgh branch manager of 3Phase Elevator. “I’m looking forward to combining our many generations of quality service. We have a great future together with 3Phase.”

Harvey & Company served as the exclusive financial advisor to 3Phase for the transaction.
