1-800-Flowers.com Inc., a floral and foods gift retailer and distribution company in the U.S., has acquired Things Remembered, an e-commerce retailer for personalized gifts.
Things Remembered offers thousands of products with a range of personalization options including men’s and women’s jewelry, drink ware, home decor, business gifts and awards and wedding gifts. The deal looks to expand 1-800-Flowers.com’s leadership position and product offerings in the personalized gifts category. The retail stores are not part of the transaction.
